The total number of confirmed Covid-19 cases in South Africa now standing at 4,793 with 1,473 recoveries and 90 fatalities out of 178,470 total test conducted nationwide.
The risk adjustment strategy announced by President Ramaphosa will see the country go into a level 4 lockdown from Friday the 1st of May 2020.
Western Cape, Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal and the Eastern Cape Provinces are the worst hit recording over 95% of the total confirmed cases in South Africa.
