South Africa Level 4 restrictions: What it means?

From Friday the 1st of May 2020, Level 4 lockdown in South Africa will allow cycling, walking and running within a 5km radius of your home between the hours of 6 am and 9 am daily. However, these sport and exercise activities are not allowed in organized groups while a curfew will be in place between 8 pm and 5 am daily.
Industries that will resume operations under level 4 lockdown will have their staff screened regularly. They are advised to put in place a Covid-19 plan which should include how workers will resume in batches. Foreign nationals who wish to be repatriated will have to follow the process put in place by the Department of International Relations and Cooperation.
Restaurants will open but are not allowed for sit-downs. They can only use delivery services for takeaways. The sale and distribution of alcohol are not allowed with exception to those for export purposes.
According to COGTA, reports from the Health Department show that fewer alcohol-related traumas have freed up the hospital enabling health workers to deal with more serious cases such as COVID-19.
Cigarette sale is still not allowed under level 4 lockdown. The reasons are health-related because of the risk of lung and heart diseases.
Hotels, Guesthouses, and AirBnB’s are still not allowed except for quarantine purposes. Informal recyclers are now allowed to fetch recyclable materials as recycling industries are now allowed to operate.
