The total number of confirmed cases in South Africa has risen to 7,572 with a total of 268,064 test samples conducted nationwide. In the last 24 hours cycle, 10,523 tests were conducted.
The total number of deaths recorded are 148 nationwide as 10 new cases of Covid-19 related deaths were recorded in the last 24 hours with Western Cape recording 7 new deaths, KwaZulu-Natal, Eastern Cape and Gauteng recording 1 death each.
